Stealth through the overgrown Gotham Botanical Gardens, then a two-phase 'Moss' boss — Dr. Isley transforms into Poison Ivy after drinking the toxin.

Walkthrough

1. 1 Botanical Gardens — avoid the plant tendrils in the entry path; use Robin's pole vaults to reach the greenhouse roof.
2. 2 Smash through the greenhouse roof to drop into the mixing-machine room.
3. 3 Combine red and green plants in the greenhouse mixing machine for the Flower Power red brick.
4. 4 Trigger the next room's cutscene: Dr. Pamela Isley drinks the toxin and transforms.
5. 5 Boss Phase 1 (Dr. Isley) — dodge her vine whips, attack between swings.
6. 6 After three combos she drops to her knees — finish the phase with a takedown.
7. 7 Boss Phase 2 (Moss Ivy) — break the four petal shields by hitting the root nodes at the arena edges.
8. 8 Strike the central bulb during her exposed window to drop her health.
9. 9 Repeat petal/bulb cycle three times to KO Ivy.
10. 10 Collect Venus Fly Traps 1–5 around the arena (on the petal nodes after each phase).
